ADESA is seeking a Vehicle Inspection Manager to lead a high-performing team, ensure accurate inspections, and partner with corporate to uphold policies and procedures. The role emphasizes customer service, operational excellence, and budget awareness.

You will oversee inspection workflows, train staff, and drive KPI results while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and company standards. This is a hands-on leadership role at our Missouri location.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the at-auction point person for vehicle inspections.
• Lead and develop the inspection team to deliver quality service.
• Support financial growth by participating in financial statement review.
• Coordinate with corporate teams to implement policies and procedures.
• Manage inspections workflow and KPI tracking within the region.
• Hire, train, and mentor Vehicle Inspectors; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state laws.
• Drive operational performance and maintain SLA metrics.
