Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Inspection services/auction experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the at-auction point person for vehicle inspections.
• Lead and develop a high-performing inspection team.
• Support financial growth by participating in financial statement review.
• Develop partnerships with corporate teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate Vehicle Inspectors to complete tasks as directed by management.
• Drive KPI achievement and operational performance within the region.
