Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an on-site role in Jacksonville, FL. You will manage vehicle entry/exit, perform inspections, and handle license plates and registrations to support fleet operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities include preparing newer vehicles for rental, assisting with transitions to used-car lots or auctions, and moving vehicles around the lot to maintain efficiency. Requires 18+, valid license, and outdoor work capability.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Strong attention to detail with verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Ability to work outdoors with moderate noise.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entry and exit of vehicles in our rental fleet.
• Conduct pre-delivery and post-use inspections.
• Install/remove license plates and coordinate vehicle paperwork.
• Ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare newer vehicles for customer rental across brands.
• Support vehicle movement around the lot for efficient operations.
