Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor fleet associate in Santa Clara, CA. You will oversee vehicle entry/exit, conduct inspections, and manage license plates, registrations, and keys to ensure accurate records and a smooth customer experience.

You will prepare newer vehicles for rental, support transitions to used-car lots or auctions, and help move vehicles around the lot to maintain efficient operations. A strong attention to detail and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entry and exit of vehicles in the rental fleet.
• Conduct pre-delivery and post-use inspections.
• Install and remove license plates; coordinate registration paperwork, stickers, and keys.
• Prepare newer vehicles for customer rental and support fleet transitions.
