Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Vehicle Feature Owner to define and govern feature functionality across the product lifecycle. You will work with Systems Engineering, Requirements Management, and Architecture teams to ensure feature requirements reflect expected vehicle behavior and program objectives.

The role involves assessing impacts of feature changes, collaborating to translate intent into system requirements, and driving alignment with stakeholders while managing risk and change across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience in systems development, systems engineering, or product engineering.
• Strong understanding of system and feature requirements, traceability, and change management.
• Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS, DOORS Next, Codebeamer).

Responsibilities

• Own the functional definition and behavior of vehicle features.
• Assess impacts of new features, modifications and regulatory changes.
• Translate intent into system requirements with SMEs and Systems Engineers.
• Communicate changes and align stakeholders across teams.
• Identify risks and support decision-making on releases.
