Job summary

South Shore Subaru, part of VIP Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Exchange Manager to lead the exchange process and guide customers through appraisal, trade-ins, and vehicle options.

Kollegen in Service, Sales, Used Cars and Management collaborate to maximize opportunities, with emphasis on customer service and strong leadership skills. Salary includes commission and offers growth within the group.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales or retail experience required.
• Experience with vehicle appraisals and trade-ins is preferred.
• Strong follow-up, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Vehicle Exchange process from appraisal through completion.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales, Used Cars and Management.
• Generate daily vehicle exchange packets and maintain records.
• Develop and lead a Vehicle Exchange team and department.
• Identify exchange opportunities and educate customers on options.
• Track activity in VinSolutions and report results to General Management.
• Build lasting customer relationships and ensure retention.
