Job summary

Audi Chantilly is seeking an Equity Advisor to appraise customer vehicles, establish equity, and present trade-in and new vehicle purchase options. You will guide customers through the sales process, handle paperwork, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and clear explanations of depreciation and value.

Role requires strong communication, customer service, and sales skills, with on-site work at the Chantilly dealership.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience in sales or advisory roles within automotive retail preferred.
• Understanding of equity, depreciation, and vehicle trade-ins is beneficial.
• Capable of handling multiple customer inquiries with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Solicits customers by phone or email to appraise vehicles and discuss trade-in options.
• Meets with customers to appraise equity and present vehicle purchase alternatives.
• Explains depreciation and equity concepts clearly to customers.
• Writes sales orders and processes dealership paperwork according to policy.
• Maintains customer follow-up systems to encourage repeat business.
• Delivers vehicles and ensures customers understand features, warranties, and paperwork.
• Follows up on post-delivery items and coordinates test drives as needed.
