Job summary

Subaru of America is seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Drafting Analyst in Camden, NJ. The role oversees daily drafting file creation, bank portal access, and L/C documentation, coordinating with SOA, IT, SFS, and regional teams to resolve receipts issues and ensure accurate floorplan funding.

The position operates in a hybrid setting with remote work two days per week after 90 days, offering a base salary in the mid 70s to mid 80s for a candidate with 4–6 years of accounting/analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with 4–6 years of analytical and accounting experience preferred.
• Experience using Oracle EBS for financial transactions and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily drafting file creation and monitoring to ensure accurate revenue collection.
• Administer and update bank floorplans and L/C documents, ensuring compliance with SOA processes.
• Prepare daily drafting and billing documents for L/Cs and monitor credit line limits.
• Coordinate with SOA, IT, SFS, and regional teams to resolve drafting and receipts issues.
