Job summary

Subaru of America is seeking a lead Vehicle Drafting Analyst in Camden, NJ, to manage daily drafting file creation, monitoring, and issue resolution. The role requires coordinating with SOA divisions, IT, and SFS to reconcile receipts, floorplan updates, and holds.

The position involves handling L/C billing and bank information within Oracle. The candidate will oversee RMA processes, audits, and vendor finance activities, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
• Ability to communicate effectively with financial institutions and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate Oracle Order Management/A/R and bank portal to generate daily drafting files (avg $70M).
• Monitor and update Finance Hold retailers by region to prevent over-limit drafting.
• Investigate and resolve Drafting Exception reports.
• Oversee collections for employee purchases and damaged vehicles; ensure proper receipts.
