Job summary

Carvana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates in New Jersey to join a fast-growing team. The role involves delivering vehicles to customers, loading haulers, and maintaining accurate customer records. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and can read, write, and speak English fluently.

Training is provided for licenses and safety procedures. Hourly starting pay is $20 with growth opportunities up to $22. Flexible shifts cover 7 days, with rotating days off.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (loading/unloading vehicles).

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto haulers and inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Maintain safe driving record per policy.
• Possess or obtain necessary state licenses/notary within specified timelines.
