Carvana in New Jersey is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to support the car-delivery experience and front-line customer interactions. The role includes loading/unloading vehicles, documentation, and maintaining a safe, compliant driving record.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our car haulers and receive training.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the vehicle for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
