Job summary

Carvana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates in New Jersey to help deliver happiness in the car-buying journey. If you have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, you can join a fast-growing team and play a key role in reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process.

Shift hours are 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm or 11am-9pm with seven-day availability and rotating days off. Starting pay is $22 per hour, with a clear path to $25/hour and merit-based increases through our Careers Not Jobs

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while delivering exceptional service.
• Willingness to obtain Notary license within 90 days of employment if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using the company hauler system and receive training.
• Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and inspect the hauler for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and enter notes into the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana CMV policy.
