Carvana in Missouri is hiring Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to help reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process and deliver vehicles to customers' doors. The role includes loading/unloading vehicles on haulers, maintaining a safe vehicle, completing paperwork, and keeping notes in the tracking system.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (loading/unloading vehicles, up to 50 lbs).
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with car haulers.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect equipment.
• Complete customer paperwork and update the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per CMV policy.
