Job summary

Carvana is looking for Customer Advocates in Hazelwood, MO to deliver vehicles directly to customers and provide outstanding service. Candidates should have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and be physically able to perform tasks like loading vehicles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a Chauffeur's license (if required).
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' homes using a hauler.
• Load/unload vehicles and inspect the hauler regularly.
• Maintain a clean driving record and complete customer paperwork.
