Carvana seeks enthusiastic Customer Advocates to join our growing team in Missouri. You will help reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process, delivering vehicles to customers and guiding them through the checkout and paperwork with a focus on safety and service.

The role offers a starting hourly rate of $19 with a clear path to $21 and merit-based increases, plus benefits like health, 401(k) with match, and generous time off.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid drivers license.
• Notary must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customerss doors using Carvanas hauler fleet.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain accurate notes in the system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
