You will capture data via mobile devices and upload reports, ensuring timely, accurate inspections and alignment with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; automotive experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications is expected.
• General ability to enter data on handheld devices and operate basic software.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers (dealers or consumers).
• Resolve inquiries in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner; inform management of complaints.
• Ensure prompt, efficient, and courteous attention to customers.
• Inspect vehicles for signs of wear, damage, or prior repairs.
• Complete inspections and adhere to defined customer programs.
• Capture data accurately on mobile devices and use provided software.
• Deliver results in a timely manner and maintain productivity.
