ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, seeks a Vehicle Inspector to assess vehicle condition, perform inspections, and engage with dealers and customers. You will capture data on a mobile device, upload results, and help ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires attention to detail, safety focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with related automotive experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year automotive experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to safely drive a variety of makes/models/sizes.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Communicate in a professional manner with customer (dealer or consumer).
• Resolve inquiries in a friendly, courteous and professional manner; advise management of complaints or incidents.
• Ensure internal and external customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention.
• Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, neglect, damage, previous repair or structural damage.
• Capture data accurately on a mobile device; work with software and technology.
• Submit completed condition reports using the provided technology.
• Maintain equipment and tools; advise on maintenance if needed.
• Complete road test if required by contract or inspection type.
