Job summary

Cox Enterprises in Ohio is hiring for an on-site vehicle processing position. You will input vehicle details into the AS400 system or coordinate data entry with teammates, affix stock stickers, and label work orders for every vehicle received.

Responsibilities include guiding transporters, capturing vehicle photos, applying windshield codes, and maintaining safety procedures in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Generally, less than 2 years' experience in a related field.
• Valid driver's license required and ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 system using a handheld device or relay data to a colleague for data entry.
• Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle received.
• Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles; flag 'no key' cars.
• Direct transporters to the correct car drop zone and report any transport damage.
• Take digital images of vehicles upon receipt and document sale identification windshield codes.
• Follow safety procedures and cooperate with Safety Excellence initiatives.
