Slate Auto LLC is seeking an experienced Attribute Integration Engineer to lead the performance of Body and Interior attributes for vehicle access points. The role involves developing vehicle level targets, overseeing accessory integration, and resolving design issues with a focus on customer needs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering, possesses over 5 years of vehicle development experience, and excels in a collaborative environment. A Master's degree and regulatory knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive vehicle development experience in Body and Interior.
• Design Release Engineering experience is a plus.
• Functional experience with NHTSA / FMVSS, CARB, EPA regulations.
• Highly adaptable, excelling in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop vehicle level targets for SAPs.
• Oversee integration of Accessories and SAPs.
• Identify and resolve design issues.
• Lead problem resolution meetings.
• Maintain vehicle level scorecards.
