Job Description:

• Be an integral part of an energetic team that’s challenging the status quo of vehicle design.
• Responsible for the design and development of body system components and complete assemblies.
• Develop and implement functional objectives to meet project performance targets.
• Manage all aspects of body component development to meet project requirements including performance, cost, mass, timing, manufacturability, etc.
• Lead collaboration between internal/external teams and suppliers to meet all project requirements.

What you bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• 8+ years of vehicle design experience in the areas of Body, Door, Platform.
• Excellent communication and team building skills.
• Ability to lead design teams through integration of related sub-systems into body structure.
• Broad knowledge of NHSTA/FMVSS requirements related to body structure.
• Ability and desire to work in a fun and fast-paced environment.
