Auto Ranch Group, the fastest-growing independent auto group in Idaho, is building a vehicle acquisition team. Based at our Meridian headquarters, you will scout listings, negotiate purchases, and help build smarter inventory.

We require 2+ years in automotive sales or buying, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Competitive base plus incentives, career growth, and a collaborative team environment are part of the package.

Responsibilities

• Scout private-party listings (Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Autotrader).
• Reach out to sellers, build rapport, and negotiate purchases.
• Accurately appraise vehicles and assess market value.
• Coordinate inspections, transportation, and paperwork.
• Assist customers with invoice reviews and payment processing.
• Work in-house at Meridian, ID headquarters as part of a buying team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Valid state-issued driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must pass criminal background check & drug screen
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
