Walser Automotive Group, a family-owned dealership network, seeks a Lead Acquisition Associate to source and purchase vehicles from third-party providers and Walser streams. You will monitor opportunities, track leads, and coordinate communications with sellers via phone, text, and email.

You will support the sales team by setting appointments, coordinating trade-ins, and drafting purchase agreements, while upholding Walser’s core values.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in high-volume call centers or similar environments.
• Ability to quickly make decisions under time pressure and manage multiple leads.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase vehicles from third-party lead providers, social platforms, and Walser lead streams.
• Monitor opportunities and explore alternative acquisition channels.
• Track leads, contact sellers via phone, text, and email; enter and follow up in CRM.
