Job summary

Mountain Engineering seeks an experienced Vegetation Program Lead to support PG&E’s North Valley North Division. You will manage vegetation operations, supervise contractor work, and ensure adherence to safety standards and program direction.

The role requires extensive hazard tree removal and emergency response experience, familiarity with line clearance practices, and coordination with PG&E representatives and agencies. Field work and occasional long hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Two years of job-related experience with at least one year in a leadership role.
• Two years of experience in emergency response and/or hazard tree removal projects.
• Familiar with PG&E vegetation management contractors’ work practices and line clearance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead vegetation management operations and oversee contractor performance.
• Solve moderately to highly complex problems and steer project plans and goals.
• Lead project teams to complete tasks and coordinate with PG&E representatives.
