Eocene Environmental Group, Inc. is seeking a Vegetation Program Lead to oversee field teams, coordinate with utility partners, and guide sustainable right-of-way programs across diverse landscapes from city streets to remote forests.

This leader will drive safety, plan vegetation management activities, and collaborate with PG&E representatives while maintaining strong relationships with clients and employees.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Leadership experience with field teams.
• Experience with PG&E contractor work practices is preferred.
• Ability to work in rugged terrain and varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead vegetation management operations and field teams in the California service area.
• Coordinate with utility partners and manage contractor performance.
• Develop and implement improved right-of-way practices.
• Assist with emergency response and hazard assessment.
• Ensure safety regulations compliance and report equipment conditions.
