Enjoy working outdoors? Would you like to gain experience in Forestry? ACRT Pacific is seeking energetic entry-level professionals who enjoy outdoor work. This full-time role offers an opportunity to gain Forestry experience. Our Vegetation Management Inspectors typically have backgrounds in forestry, horticulture, arboriculture, biology, environmental studies, conservation, or related fields, and are interested in gaining practical experience.
Inspectors patrol for hazard trees, perform identification, inspection, and evaluation of trees and brush along utility lines, and assist in submitting inspection results with recommendations. They plan, direct, and coordinate activities of tree clearance crews, negotiate access issues, and serve as liaisons between clients, crews, and customers.
Note: This is a safety-sensitive position.
Compensation: May include a sign-on bonus and retention incentives totaling $3000.00.
Location: Must reside or be willing to relocate within 50 miles of Grass Valley, CA.
Lodging Assistance: For out-of-state or remote applicants, hotel accommodations are provided during the project duration, covered until informed otherwise.
