Bayer is seeking a Market Development Representative II for Vegetable Seed in the Western New York region. You will become a technical resource within the commercial team, supporting trial activities, product positioning, and market development across Eastern US regions.

The role requires traveling 40–50% and collaborating with R&D, Marketing, and Sales to drive adoption of key technologies and varieties. A strong agronomic background plus field experience is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree required.
• Experience across regional markets in protected crops, processing crops, and open-field vegetable production.

• Develop into a technical expert within the commercial organization; design and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Plan and execute trial activities for late-stage varieties and market extensions; collaborate with Sales and R&D to build territory plans.
• Leverage trial data to position products, defend and grow market share, and transfer knowledge to the pipeline.
