Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop into a technical expert within the commercial organization and drive go‑to‑market strategies.
• Plan and execute trial activities for late‑stage varieties and market extensions in local territories.
• Collaborate with Sales and R&D to build territory plans for trialing and demand generation.
• Use digital data collection tools to communicate product positioning and performance to stakeholders.
• Provide technical support across pricing, communications, and training for Sales and Marketing.
• Build networks to access market opportunities and influence cross‑functional decisions.
• Share responsibility with Sales for achieving regional and territory sales targets.
