Qualifications

• 1 year prior bartending experience.
• Completed union apprenticeship program (possess union Pour Card).
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written, in a professional manner.
• Schedule flexibility which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to accurately count money and provide change.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the bar ranging from preparation to service.
• Mixes drinks according to prescribed recipes; keeps station stocked.
• Operates a cash register and gives the guest correct change.
• Maintains the appropriate appearance of the bar.
