Caesars Palace in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Bartender to manage bar duties from preparation to service, ensure stock levels, and mentor apprentices during shifts.

Candidates should have at least 1 year bartending experience, a union Pour Card, strong English communication, neat appearance, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Formación

• At least 1 year of bartending experience.
• Must have completed union apprenticeship program (Pour Card).
• Knowledge of beverages, glassware and garnishes.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• Neat, professional appearance.
• Able to count money and provide change.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients.
• Mix drinks and keep station stocked; manage cash and receipts.
• Operate a cash register and give correct change.
• Set up and maintain bar appearance; log stock.
• Provide courteous service and handle intoxicated guests professionally.
• Log stock used and take care of safety standards.
• Assist Apprentice Bartender as needed.
