Candidate must be at least 21, have 1+ year bartending experience, and possess a union Pour Card. Union apprenticeship completion and Alcohol Awareness/Non-gaming certifications are preferred. Shifts include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience.
• Must have completed union apprenticeship program (possess union Pour Card).
• Must have knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
• Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients.
• Mix drinks according to prescribed recipes and keep station stocked.
• Operate a cash register and handle payments with correct change.
• Account for stock, cash, and receipts during shift and log usage.
• Maintain bar appearance per health standards and safety procedures.
• Take and serve cocktail orders and attend to guest needs.
