Job summary

Cerebra is seeking an experienced life sciences IT/Regulatory Affairs professional to lead Veeva Vault RIM programs. The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, extensive project management experience, and hands-on migration delivery from legacy systems to Vault RIM.

You will coordinate global teams, drive data migrations, and ensure compliance with eCTD requirements and lifecycle milestones. This senior position emphasizes risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in life sciences IT or Regulatory Affairs.
• 5+ years in project management.
• 2+ Veeva Vault RIM implementations or migrations delivered end to end.
• Experience with legacy-to-Vault data migration.
• Understanding of Veeva Vault Active Dossier management.
• Strong eCTD and regulatory knowledge (M1–M5, sequences, lifecycle, variations, renewals).
• Familiar with Vault RIM data model and migration tools (Registrations, Submissions, Content Plans, Vault Loader, REST API).
• Migration delivery skills: wave planning, mock migrations, reconciliation, cutover, rollback; risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Veeva Vault RIM delivery projects for regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors across onshore/offshore sites.
• Ensure data migration accuracy from legacy systems to Vault RIM.
• Manage project risks, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

• Vault RIM data model and migration tools: Registrations, Submissions, Content Plans, Vault Loader, REST API, Migration Mode
• Migration delivery skills: wave planning, mock migrations, reconciliation, cutover and rollback, stakeholder and risk management

Good to have

• GxP and CSV validation experience
• Integration experience (SAP Snaplogic, MuleSoft, labeling)
• PMP or SAFe, and a Veeva Vault RIM certification
• Experience managing onshore/offshore teams and vendors
