The ideal candidate has 10+ years in life sciences/regulatory operations, deep Veeva Vault RIM knowledge, and PMP or Veeva certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience within life sciences, pharmaceutical, or regulatory operations.
• Hands-on familiarity with Veeva Vault RIM platform capabilities.
• Strong regulatory affairs and eCTD experience.
• PMP or Veeva certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project schedules, critical milestones, task assignments, and delivery tracking.
• Lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of Veeva Vault RIM modules (Registrations, Submissions, Submission Planning, and Archive).
• Monitor project status, assess and mitigate risks, and coordinate cross-functional communication between internal teams and external groups.
• Ensure system alignment with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and global regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, ICH).
• Oversee system integrations with other enterprise platforms, such as clinical or safety systems, and data standards.
