Job summary

Intellectt INC is seeking a hands-on QMS Quality Engineer for the Veeva Vault platform located in Warsaw, IN. This individual-contributor role focuses on implementing and enhancing quality processes within the QMS/QDocs environment and providing technical guidance to peers.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in software engineering, strong Veeva Vault Quality configuration skills (workflows, security models, lifecycles), and experience integrating with SAP, Workday, and other systems in

Qualifications

Hands-on Veeva Vault Quality configuration including workflows, security models, and lifecycles.
5+ years in software engineering/development and SDLC experience.
Experience with pharma/medical device environments preferred.
Independence in delivering solutions with Veeva and collaborating with certified admins.

Responsibilities

Automate and streamline quality event workflows in Veeva Vault QMS/QDocs.
Build solutions from scratch and prototype new capabilities; address platform debt.
Configure Veeva Vault Quality including workflows, security models, and lifecycles.
Develop/support integrations with SAP, MES, LES, Workday, and SuccessFactors.
Provide technical leadership, escalation, triage, and reviews.
