Job summary

Envu is seeking a Regulatory Platform Administrator to own the Veeva Vault administration and governance across regulatory documentation processes. You will manage workflows, security, and configurations to ensure compliant, reliable operations that support global regulatory activities.

The role requires 5+ years with Veeva Vault or similar systems, strong data governance knowledge, and excellent cross-functional collaboration with IT, Regulatory, and Digital teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience administering and supporting Veeva Vault or similar regulated platforms.
• Strong understanding of regulatory processes and regulatory information management.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, configuration and governance of Veeva Vault and related regulatory documentation processes.
• Manage workflows, metadata structures, security models, user access and system documentation.
• Support validation activities, system performance and user assistance to ensure regulatory compliance.
