Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to guide life sciences customers through complex regulatory software implementations on the Veeva RIM suite. You will translate requirements into solution designs, manage global regulatory workflows, and ensure successful deployment across the enterprise.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with Product, Strategy, Sales, and other groups, and travel up to 25-50% as required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in life sciences or healthcare.
• Direct technology system implementation or improvement experience.
• Proven track record leading high-impact system implementations with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to design and implement a RIM solution quickly.
• Knowledge of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements.
• Typical travel is 25% but may be up to 50% based on customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory suite implementations to streamline global processes.
• Manage projects through full lifecycle from planning to go-live.
• Conduct requirements workshops and design/document solutions reflecting business needs.
• Guide customers and internal teams with program management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as primary liaison coordinating communication, risks, and reporting among stakeholders.
• Mentor project team and consultants to support growth.
