Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a regulatory information management implementation specialist to help life sciences customers optimize regulatory data workflows. You will configure Veeva's cloud-based RIM suite, translate requirements into design, and lead deployments for global regulatory programs.

This remote role, with preference for Eastern or Central Time, requires 3+ years in life sciences, strong collaboration, and hands-on configuration and project leadership. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience working with or for organizations in life sciences or healthcare either as a consultant, business, or IT representative.
• Technical abilities and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to design, configure, and implement a RIM solution.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate excellently with diverse stakeholders.
• Team player with strong organization skills and an ability to act with speed in a complex environment.
• Ability to travel as required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Guide life science customers in the configuration and implementation of Veeva’s Regulatory suite to streamline global regulatory processes.
• Lead configuration requirements workshops, design, and document, as well as prototype and deploy solutions.
• Program and project management, including resource planning, leading and motivating a cross-functional team.
• Communicate between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders.
