Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager / Program Manager to support a regulatory operations transformation within a global pharmaceutical organization. This remote/hybrid role focuses on Veeva Vault RIM implementation, process improvement, and cross-functional change management.

Start date October 1, 2026; contract length 6–9 months; primarily U.S. Eastern Time with some UK collaboration; travel occasional.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in Regulatory Operations and technology implementations.
Strong program management and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Experience with Veeva Vault RIM preferred.
Understanding of regulatory processes and submission context (eCTD).

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day program and engagement management for a complex Regulatory Operations transformation.
Develop and maintain an integrated PM plan covering tech, process, data and change workstreams.
Manage schedules, milestones, risks, issues and key decisions.
Coordinate across client, technology, consulting and business teams.
Support regulatory process design, gap analysis and future-state design.
Facilitate process-mapping and workshops with stakeholders.
Translate gaps into requirements, activities and change-management initiatives.
Assist regulatory data assessment and remediation activities.
Connect technology work with submissions processes (eCTD/IDMP).
Identify cross-workstream dependencies and risks; support change management.
