Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
7+ years implementing Veeva QMS solutions in pharma.
Strong knowledge of quality management processes in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Veeva QMS solutions for clients, including configuration, testing and deployment activities.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to define requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
Provide training and support to end-users of the Veeva QMS system.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user manuals.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Veeva QMS system.
