Job summary

KBI Staffing seeks a hands-on Veeva CRM Technical Architect to lead the transition from Salesforce-based Veeva CRM to Vault CRM. The role focuses on target architecture, migration path, and maturing operating practices around development, deployments, releases, QA, and validation.

The ideal candidate combines deep Veeva expertise with strong technical change-management and leadership to teach internal teams and establish repeatable controls and procedures where processes are ad hoc.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault architecture experience.
• Proven ability to design DevOps, release management, QA, and validation processes.
• Experience migrating from Salesforce-based Veeva to Vault CRM.
• Ability to coach teams and establish repeatable controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture for migration from Salesforce-based Veeva CRM to Vault CRM.
• Define migration approach, deployment path, and controls for moving changes across environments.
• Establish mature operating model for development, releases, DevOps, QA, validation, and production support.
• Design and improve release-management practices for Veeva deployment packages and promotion procedures.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership with stakeholders across business, technical, QA, and implementation teams.
