Job summary

Accellor is seeking a senior Salesforce architect to lead multi-workstream delivery across Life Sciences CRM, Veeva, and Data Cloud. You will own end-to-end solution design, align stakeholders, and mentor junior architects in a fast-paced program environment.

You will drive AI delivery through Agentforce, ensure data quality and governance, and optimize integrations with external data sources and middleware. This role reports to the practice lead.

Qualifications

• 10+ years Salesforce delivery experience in full-lifecycle implementations.
• 4+ years as a Solution Architect or senior technical lead on multiple programs.
• 2+ years data architecture, identity resolution, segmentation, real-time activation.
• Experience with Life Sciences Clouds and pharma/biotech CRM use cases.
• Hands-on Agentforce use cases and AI-powered workflow design.
• Strong client-facing consulting background in Agile or hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Work Solution design across streams: data model, integrations, security, and platform config.
• Own design for Agentforce use cases and AI delivery across Life Sciences programs.
• Lead Data Cloud implementation tracks: ingestion, identity resolution, profiling, segmentation, activation.
• Design and implement integrations between CRM, Data Cloud, external sources, and Agentforce.
• Bridge requirements to delivery; align stakeholders on design decisions and scope.
• Provide technical leadership: design sessions, code reviews, risk management, and governance.
• Mentor architects and analysts; contribute to accelerators and LS-specific AI patterns.
