Slipstream Life Sciences seeks a Director of Veeva Architecture & Implementations to lead the Veeva ecosystem strategy as it scales from development to regulatory submission. You will own the multi-year roadmap, set target-state architecture across Vault modules, and guide phased implementations with business owners and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years life sciences IT experience with 6+ years architecting/implementing Veeva Vault across two domains.
• Proven track record leading multi-Vault implementations with partner management and data migration.
• Deep Vault configuration, lifecycles, workflows, security models, Vault connections, and Vault API knowledge.
• Strong command of GxP validation, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and change control in a regulated environment.
• Experience defining technical roadmaps and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise Veeva roadmap and target-state architecture across Vault platforms.
• Define platform standards for multi-Vault design, security, data governance, and cross-Vault connections.
• Lead end-to-end Vault implementations from requirements through hypercare.
• Select, contract, and direct Veeva Professional Services and partners; manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Facilitate design workshops with Clinical Ops, Quality, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and Commercial stakeholders.
• Plan migrations from legacy processes into Vaults; oversee data migration and validation.
• Build and mentor Vault admins and business analysts; manage licensing and budget.
• Stand up the Veeva Center of Excellence with governance and enablement.
