Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Life Sciences consulting leader to drive strategy, delivery, and executive client relationships across pharma, biotech, and medical devices. You will shape content supply chains, modernize architectures, and lead global delivery with senior stakeholders.

You will apply AI-enabled workflows to planning, briefing, authoring, and analytics, while building high-performance, distributed teams and strong alliances for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience across Life Sciences consulting, commercial operations, technology, or digital transformation.
• Minimum of 8 years leading enterprise transformation programs for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device organizations.
• Minimum of 5 years' knowledge of the commercial content lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, Adobe Experience Manager, DAM, CRM, and related platforms.
• Minimum of 8 years leading architecture across integrated platforms and large, distributed teams.
• Minimum of 5 years in executive communication, client relationships, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive workshops, transformation strategy, roadmaps, and client relationships with senior life sciences clients.
• Define strategies for content supply chain: planning, modular authoring, DAM, MLR, and omnichannel distribution.
• Design integrated architectures connecting Veeva Vault, Vault CRM, Adobe Experience Manager, and CRM/web/analytics tools.
• Shape AI-enabled planning, authoring, tagging, QA, and marketer workflows.
• Direct global delivery from strategy to implementation, including data migration and governance.
• Form high-performing, geographically distributed teams across disciplines.
• Shape proposals, staffing, accelerators, and reference architectures; drive thought leadership.
• Develop the ecosystem with alliances and cross-team collaboration; mentor future leaders.
