Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Life Sciences consulting leader to shape strategy, drive global programs, and lead transformative content initiatives across pharma, biotech and medical devices. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage executive relationships, and advance AI-enabled workflows within a large, global practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in Life Sciences consulting or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation programs for pharma, biotech, or medical devices.
• Deep knowledge of commercial content lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms like Veeva Vault and AEM.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive workshops, transformation strategy, roadmaps, and client relationships.
• Define content supply chain strategies spanning planning, authoring, DAM, MLR, and distribution.
• Design integrated architectures linking Veeva, DAM, CRM, CMS, and analytics.
• Apply AI-enabled solutions and agentic workflows to planning, authoring, and QA.
• Direct global delivery of complex programs, governance, and change management.
• Build and mentor geographically distributed teams across multiple domains.
• Shape opportunities, proposals, and go-to-market efforts for the Life Sciences practice.
• Develop alliances and cross-functional collaboration for scalable offerings.
