Job summary
TekValue IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Life Sciences Commercial Operations/IT professional in the United States to lead Veeva Cloud deployments and support operations. The role requires hands-on work with Veeva CRM/Vault CRM, events and sample management, and cross-functional data integrations.
You will collaborate on regulatory compliance (Sunshine Act/Open Payments/EFPIA), release management, and system testing, while providing L1–L3 support and ensuring quality across dashboards and
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Life Sciences Commercial Operations or Commercial IT.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva Commercial Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Veeva CRM / Vault CRM, Events Management, and Sample Management.
- Working experience with Veeva Network and Vault Promo Mats.
- Experience with Vault Quality, Clinical, or RIM applications.
- Knowledge of Sunshine Act, Open Payments, and EFPIA compliance.
- Experience in release management, regression testing, sandbox management, and L1–L3 support.
- Experience with reports, dashboards, data loads, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with ManageEngine or ServiceNow is preferred.
- Veeva certifications are an added advantage.
