Job summary

TekValue IT Solutions seeks an experienced Business Analyst with 6–8 years of experience and 4+ years hands-on with Veeva CRM/Vault CRM in Life Sciences to join our team in the United States. You will map CRM processes and gather requirements to support Veeva enhancements.

You will translate business needs across commercial, medical, field, compliance, and IT, configure Veeva, and lead UAT and validation activities to ensure compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Business Analysis, including 4+ years with Veeva CRM/Vault CRM in Life Sciences.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes: Call Planning & Reporting, Events, Samples, Consent.
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs from commercial, medical, field, compliance, IT into Veeva specs.
• Knowledge of Veeva CRM configuration to specify and review changes.
• Experience assessing vendor release impacts in a GxP environment.
• Experience planning and executing UAT with business users.
• Experience with L1-L3 support, incident triage, and ticket management.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ManageEngine, ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Veeva Network, HCP/HCO data, CRM data flows, spend reporting.
• Experience supporting MyInsights dashboards and Next Best Action rules.
• Understanding of GxP, CSV/CSA, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11.
• Maintain process docs, user guides, and release communications.
• Strong communication, stakeholder mgmt, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job description

• Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• 6–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, including 4+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva CRM / Vault CRM in the Life Sciences industry.
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes, including Call Planning & Reporting, Events Management, Sample Management, and Consent.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating process maps.
• Ability to translate business requirements from commercial, medical, field, compliance, and IT stakeholders into functional specifications for Veeva CRM enhancements.
• Working knowledge of Veeva CRM configuration to specify, review, and validate proposed changes.
• Experience assessing Veeva CRM vendor release impacts and planning regression testing in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Strong experience preparing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating business users, and obtaining final sign-off.
• Experience with managed services or application support, including L1, L2, and L3 support tiers, incident triage, and ticket management.
• Familiarity with ManageEngine, ServiceNow, or similar IT service management tools.
• Working knowledge of Veeva Network, HCP/HCO master data, CRM data flows, and aggregate spend reporting.
• Experience supporting MyInsights dashboards, Suggestions, Next Best Action rules, and field adoption reporting.
• Understanding of GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV/CSA), 21 CFR Part 11, and EU Annex 11.
• Ability to maintain business process documentation, user guides, requirements records, and release communications.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on business analysis experience with MyInsights, Suggestions, and Approved Email.
• Exposure to Veeva Network, Veeva Align, or Vault PromoMats.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar work-tracking tools.
• Knowledge of Agile and sprint-based delivery methodologies.
• Power BI or similar reporting and dashboard tools.
• Prior consulting or client-embedded delivery experience.
• Preferred certifications: Veeva CRM Administrator / Vault CRM, CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL, or Agile certifications.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
