Qualifications

• PhD in molecular biology, cell biology or related field.
• Strong mammalian cell culture skills and hands-on bench experience.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategic goals into experimental plans and lead projects.
• Launch and lead a serotype screen for the heart project within two months.
• Own and advance independent projects in suspension production by month six.
• Troubleshoot production and assay processes and optimize workflows.
• Maintain thorough ELN records and manage reagent ordering.
