The role involves collaborating with infrastructure, engineering, security, and support teams, documenting results, and standardizing testing procedures for future initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting virtual desktop or desktop engineering environments.
• Experience with Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, or Windows 365.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 image management and application deployment.

Responsibilities

• Test, validate, and document enterprise desktop solutions.
• Execute test plans, validate software deployments, and document results.
• Run and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts; manage testing activities and documentation.
