Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for VMWare Horizon View VDI and related technologies.
• Develop scripts to automate monitoring of the VDI environment.
• Train Support Team on deployment and troubleshooting procedures.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems for multiple platforms.
