Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in a technical support role.
• Familiarity with cloud services like Microsoft Azure.
• 8570 compliant with a Security + certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide third-level support for Windows desktop issues.
• Manage and resolve high-priority incidents within SLAs.
• Document resolutions and conduct post-incident reviews.

Skills

Proficiency with Active Directory

Advanced troubleshooting skills

Strong communication skills

Experience with scripting (PowerShell)
