Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in CAD drafting or similar preferred.
• Proficient in reading floor plans, sections, elevations.
• Experience with BIM tools and 3D modeling workflows.

Responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and coordinate 3D BIM models.
• Create fabrication and field installation drawings.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows.
• Mentor junior team members and support coordination meetings.
• Maintain project BIM health and model QC.
